Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for CleanTeamWorx, a product operated by i-Dispatch. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for i-Dispatch. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights are handled in full accordance with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of your purchase.
To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision before the end of the 14-day period. To ensure immediate processing, please use the “Contact Us” option or the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net. You may also send any clear and unambiguous statement of cancellation through Paddle’s available communication channels.
All refunds are handled directly by Paddle using the original payment method.
